The location next to the church Santa Maria Novella and on the very beautiful square Piazza Santa Maria Novella was perfect for walking to most of the tourist attractions in the center. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. the breakfast provided was fantastic, with a wide variety of freshly made food to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, catering to our every need.
